How does delivery work?
We deliver directly to your vacation rental, hotel, or campsite. Just provide your address at checkout and we'll coordinate drop-off around your arrival time. We'll confirm the details with you before your rental begins.
What areas do you serve?
We currently serve the Lake George and Saratoga Springs areas. Delivery fees are $15 for Lake George and $25 for Saratoga Springs.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We require bookings at least 2 days in advance. This allows us to prepare, clean, and deliver your gear on time. Same-day and next-day rentals are not available.
What is the minimum rental period?
Our minimum rental is 2 days.
Is the gear clean and safe?
Absolutely. Every item is thoroughly cleaned and inspected between rentals using products that are effective yet mindful of the environment, allergies, and the safety of babies and toddlers. You can feel confident your gear is safe, fresh, and vacation-ready.
What if I need something you don't carry?
Reach out and let us know. We're always looking to expand our inventory based on customer demand.
What happens if something is damaged?
Normal wear and tear is expected and never charged. For damage beyond normal use, we'll contact you with photos and a description before issuing any invoice. Our full damage fee schedule is available at littleluxeny.com/fees.
How do I pay?
We accept all major credit and debit cards securely through Stripe.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Reach out to us as soon as possible if you need to make changes and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
